Eleanor Lerman

This was my first book of poetry. It was published in 1973, and was nominated for a National Book Award. When it was reviewed in the New York Times, they called it "X-Rated." Remember, we're talking 30 years ago, and girls (I was all of 21) weren't supposed to write poetry about sex, drugs and rock and roll, the main subjects of these poems.
